Refund Policy

1. General Rule
At Invoys (by Cleffon), we stand by the quality of our product, which is why we offer a completely free, unrestricted 1-month trial. Because you have a full 30 days to test the software before subscribing, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription begins.
2. Subscription Cancelations
You may cancel your Invoys subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription, you will not be billed again. Your account and access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current, prepaid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time in an active billing cycle.
3. Accidental Charges
If your card was charged accidentally or there was an error in processing your subscription (e.g. you were charged twice for the same billing period), please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will gladly void and refund the duplicate or erroneous charge in full.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that extraordinary circumstances sometimes arise. If you feel you have a compelling reason for a refund that falls outside of the bounds laid out within this policy, please reach out to our team. Exceptions to our standard refund policy are determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Cleffon.
