You maintain ownership of all data, invoices, proposals, and client information you upload and process through Invoys. However, by uploading content, you grant Invoys a license to use, host, and process such material solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleffon and Invoys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. We provide the service "as is" and make no warranties that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website and services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
